  Dog training classes are great. However, I've had 2 bad experiences with the grooming department. Neither have to do with the staff but with policy. With my first appointment, I was told (after my dog being there for 30 minutes) that they couldn't bathe him because he had an unhealed suture. Turns out the suture was excess glue that was stuck to his fur. Most recently, I was called 7 minutes before my appointment to let me know that their system shouldn't have let me schedule the appointment because their employee was by herself and they can't service dogs when they are alone.

  I just spoke to a women on the phone just a few seconds ago and she was rude! I was calling to ask if they sold mice for snake food and she acted like I was dumb, but if I'm not mistaken they sell snakes so why not the food?? She was horribly rude and after she said they don't sell them, I was in the middle of saying thank you and she hung up. I will NEVER go to this petsmart. I have never had a problem with Petsmart until now.

  Associates here are rude and arrogant. This is the worst pet smart I have been too. They dont care about their customers here. I have had associate here that were great but the associate today dragged there names in the mud unfortunately. The only upside is they have cute puppy sometimes. Now I'm avoiding this place like the plague.
