I did the research of just how they were to evaluate my total loss car and they did not give me the actual replacement cost value of my car. They must have used option or wholesale estimates of my car. I actually had to file a complaint with the Alabama Department of Insurance in Montgomery about how they calculated the value of my car and other factors.
