- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪When I called to schedule my first appointment, the person answering the phone stated that there would be a $1500.00 fee that insurance would not cover, up front. When I asked why, she said it was for a "complete physical". Hah! I can get a complete physical anywhere that insurance will cover.
