- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This was a terrible experience. First, I wasn't allowed to see the doc I wanted to see. Had my 1st appt on Thurs. Doc sent me for a MRI and said he"d call the next day with reults. No call by 3pm and when I tried to call them the receptionists refused to put me through. I finally lied and said it was about meds and got a nurse who said the doc was gone for the weekend. He called Monday with the results and said the assistant would call that afternoon to schedule a steroid shot. No one called to schedule for a week and a half!!!! (By then I had seen someone else.) I even left a message for the office manager to complain and she never called back either.October 11, 2017by Gerri Mazer
