The agent that assisted me was very professional, knowledgeable of what I needed to get me started , patience in taking the time to help me understand my policy.   Guide Insurance is one of the best insurance company in the Birmingham metropolitan area. These guys are awesome and I have enjoyed ever day with these women and men. I have been in business with them since 1999. And they giveneed me everything and more in the auto insurance world. They are professional but laid back. They make you feel comfortable while you are interacting with them. I just love doing business with guide insurance. They are best and recommend them to everyone who ask me about auto insurance.   Since I have been with guide insurance agency they have been so wonderful. If I call and let them know I need some paper work asap they send it to my email with no problem. I wouldn't trade them for no other insurance company. Thanks for all y'all do.
