- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They refused to fill my prescription . Not because they didn't have the medicine in stock and not because they didn't take my insurance. Only reason is because I had not filled there before. Not just that the guy ask me for my information not by saying how can I help you ma'am, he raised is eyebrows and put his hand out ... if you can't communicate verbally to a customer you should quit and go home.The only reason I went there is because it's close to my home I try to support small business. This is why large companies are running mom and pop business out of business. I will go out of my way to my usual pharmacy Sams Club on lakeshore where they never refuse me if they don't have it they order it and they always communicate verbally....I truly feel discriminated against!February 22, 2017by Janyell Brown
